Can I cancel my order within a certain period?
Yes. You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@prescott-mode.com and including your order number. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
